This Privacy Policy explains what information Nearia ("Nearia", "we", "us") collects when you use the Nearia Discord Activity, why we use it, and the choices available to you.
Information We Collect
To operate Nearia, we may collect and store:
- Discord account information: your Discord user ID, username, display name, and avatar.
- Discord server information: server and channel IDs where necessary for multiplayer games, leaderboards, and other server-specific features.
- Gameplay information: guesses, completed games, scores, solve times, streaks, Gems, virtual items, and other game progress.
- Purchase information: Discord-provided purchase or entitlement identifiers and information about the Nearia items or Gems purchased.
We use this information to operate the game, save your progress, provide multiplayer and leaderboard features, process in-game purchases, prevent abuse, and provide support.
Information We Do Not Collect
Nearia does not collect or store your payment card or banking information. Payments are processed by Discord.
Nearia does not collect your Discord message content, phone number, physical location, or other information that is not necessary to operate the game.
We do not sell your personal information or use it for third-party advertising.
How Your Information Is Shared
Certain game information, such as your Discord display name, avatar, scores, streaks, or game results, may be visible to other players as part of Nearia's multiplayer and leaderboard features.
Information may also be processed by service providers necessary to operate Nearia, such as our hosting provider, and by Discord as the platform through which Nearia operates and purchases are processed.

Data Retention
We keep account and gameplay information for as long as reasonably necessary to operate Nearia and maintain your game progress.

Some information associated with shared multiplayer activity may need to remain so that other players' game records continue to function, but it will be disassociated from your account where reasonably possible.

Deleting your Nearia data may permanently remove your game progress, streaks, Gems, virtual items, and other account information.

Nearia is intended only for users who meet Discord's minimum age requirements in their country.
